Because all of the changes you mentioned took place well after the masses (fans) called them out as needing to be changed.
It's really just that simple.
There is never any guarantee the changes will work, but Miles is often the last to react. Many of the changes HAVE worked; thus, the...

You are dollar cost averaging at once per year now. I guess the question is frequency. The driving concept of DCA is that more often is better. I personally $458.33 once per month. My Roth is also Vanguard and is comprised of Total Stock, Total Bond, and Total Int'l Stock. As I get older, I wil...

However you choose to season and boil them, do it in bulk. As in get a 20-30 lb bag of green peanuts and cook them in 1-2 batches in the biggest boiling pot you have.
Fill gallon bags and freeze what you cannot eat in a few days. Nothing beats boiled peanuts anytime you want. When thawed, they...

Something is not adding up. I cannot imagine her company could mandate that 401k contributions go toward company stock. Have you confirmed this with a quick phone call to Wells Fargo?
I may very well be wrong, but what you described just doesn't sound right....
