Also, unless you plan to spend a ton of money at Hiltons or spend $40,000 a year for Diamond status, get the no-fee Amex Hilton card as those are the only real differences....

I ate at Meadowood a couple months ago and really enjoyed it. We did the tasting menu and I'd put it pretty close to the level of the French Laundry....

My wife and I ate at Redd about a month ago, and we both really enjoyed our meal. I'd definitely recommend it...It is comparable in both price and quality to a nice restaurant in New Orleans, IMO....

FYI, the OP's numbers are dead wrong...Not that it would make to compelling of an argument even if they were correct for reasons already stated.
We held Arizona to 182 total yards, Auburn to 193 yards, Western Illinois to 208 yards, and Oklahoma to 154 Yards
Also, La Tech only had 341 yards ...

Oh well, I was still holding out hope for a neighborhood Walmart. I guess it won’t affect property values too much except for the homes very close to the Walmart. If that school project turns out to be true, I would imagine that it would easily offset any damage to property value the Walmart would...
