Not true. Not everyone with a handicap or mobility impairment requires a wheelchair or van. Sometimes it is just a walker or crutches....

This IS a handicap parking spot. The color of the curb, lines and the symbol on the ground are the only items required by traffic laws. The pole or building mounted signs are an ADA building signage issue....
