Can sellers get a non-refundable deposit from the buyer for the sale of vacant property? It seems that the Purchase agreements are loaded in favor of the buyers with the due diligence period allowing the parcel to be taken off of the market for long period.

You are correct. The parcel is located on the west side of Bayou D'Inde Pass Road. It is zoned for light industry but the area on the east side is zoned for heavy industry.

I noticed that the defender made a good cut to avoid about four Bucs about the 35 yard line. I did not realize that Trey made that play.

I picked up a Goose Island sixer two weeks ago. This Kolsch style is fairly refreshing. Others that I tried recently are:
1. Laurelwood Workhorse.....well-balanced for a West Coast IPA. would recommend. Up there with Sculpin from Ballast Point.
2. Laurelwood Pilsner...better Pils are available...
