The accounting work will be payroll organization (we have payroll company that cuts checks), 401K, insurances, bills, organization of bills for tax purposes, profit loss statements, ect. If you did not see at least 1/2 of the tooth you found coming from under the gums (will be a different texture) then there is some root left. Over time the left in root will abscess.
