50 mg of generic benadryl (same thing as some unisom) 2 fingers of Macallan 4 or 5 pages of a book I am in a coma. Often add in some indica as well. ETA: Benadryl actually helps me in two ways: to sleep and to prevent allergies from acting up when my 70 lb dog lays next to my face eve...
