You may need some custom made orthodics. I had to get a pair made from hangar a few years back. Expensive, but they help me get through a plantar and Achilles injury. ... It's around the second weekend in October. Seaside Half is usually the first weekend in March. It's along 30-A, what's not to like. Entry fee is a little pricey. I think it's over $100 now....
