Mon.-Fri: a cup or two of coffee. and either a very small bowl of cereal or a toasted bagel. then a banana around 10am.
Sat. & Sun: big, traditional breakfast. eggs, bacon/sausage, grits, english muffins. or pancakes/waffles.

I've had the NB La Folie several times, and I enjoy it quite a bit.

the procedure sounds fine. could have been storage--moisture in the air, maybe.
one thing you can do, in addition to the procedure you used, it to apply a very light coat of oil to the pot before putting it away. that should prevent any rusting. ...

Teets is really good. I've had their smoked sausage (andouille, mixed, all pork, etc.), and have enjoyed them all. good tasso and boudin as well.
