Is it strictly timing or do we overvalue ourselves? I recall coaches were not lining up in '04 when Saban left AND he was 1 year removed from a NC and had the cupboard full of 4/5* players and a fence around LA....

If Miles and Pelini leave and Saban is hired, does Saban coach "his (senior) recruits" in their last games as Tigers? I guess he'd come full circle.
When Tulane hired Chris Scelfo, Rich R. stayed on as interim head coach while Scelfo "advised"
