What demographics do you think they will be? i.e. Latinos, African American, Youth, Women

1. Give Congress the ability to spend more $ that we dont have? (i.e. buying a new car)
or
2. Pay for what Congress has already spent? (i.e. Paying on the note of a car we bought and drove all last year.)
