This is a long post and everything was really cooked on the Keg(grill).
I started of with making a Rustic Ranch Salsa in which about all of the ingredients were grilled on the Keg.
I did the red onions later and forgot to get a picture.

While the soup was simmering I grated some cheese to sprinkle into the soup(serving bowl).

I had errands to run yesterday afternoon and I intended to pick up a roast and grind it up myself but I ended up running short on time. I happened to be at Rouse's and one of the meat dept. workers had just come out with freshly ground 80/20 meat so I grabbed a pack of right about two pounds.
