| Outdoor Board|| Shhh...... - CoastieGM on 3/7/14 at 8:30 am|
My lovely wife has been gently riding my arse to sell a gun for any new gun purchase.
On Monday, I fired (not "shot") someone's Taurus Tracker .357 w/ported 6" bbl. I absolutely loved it. (.38 rounds felt like a .22 magnum).
She's in Alaska right now…I'm in Texas…..

I've been looking for a pistol solution for the wife & kids fishing/dip netting/clamming in Alaska. They can barely handle a regular .357 firing 200 grain bear loads. Can't get off an accurate follow-up shot in time for bear charge. (Heck, I'm doing good to get off 2, maybe 3 good rapid shots...

Looking for a basic hide tanning kit for my 11 yr old son who wants to tan some squirrel hides. We want a soft, pliable hide when all is done.
