I. Wiley has been dismissed from USC for academic ineligibility. And has been removed from his scholarship. He is from Louisiana, (West Monroe). Since TM7 is gone, is it even legal to take or recruit this guy. He is a senior and he doesn't need a release from his scholarship to transfer or anything....
