So I'm suddenly responsible for bringing the cornbread dressing to my family Thanksgiving. I could make Stove Top, but I'm not sure if that would go over well.

Just bought my large Big Green Egg and going to fire it up for the first time. Anyone have any eggperience (sorry, couldn't resist) in using one.
I know I have to use lump charcoal, but what is the best method to light? Any good tips for smoking my first turkey on it?
