A school zone obviously has times in which the speed zone is in effect, but what limit takes precedent (I'm assuming the school zone) if there is a speed limit sign that increases the speed inside the zone itself?

Toddler Bears is scheduled for surgery to correct what appears to be a very minor case (almost imperceptible) of lazy eye.
Already did the patch, which helped a little, but the doctor seems to think surgery is the best measure. I'm leaning towards getting a 2nd opinion and think the little guy...
