Tried the reverse seer for the first time tonight (pics) - Geaux-2-L-O-Miss
After reading about the reverse seer I decided to try it tonight. I had a ribeye and the family had filet. [img][URL=http://s1218.photobucket.com/user/geauxmike/media/FBDF6DC0-E0D1-4F11-92CB-22EE8A9E87C8.jpg.html][IMG]http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/dd415/geauxmike/FBDF6DC0-E0D1-4F11-92CB-2...

I'm looking at starting a new business and need a web site. My biggest need beyond the normal "this is my company and these are the services we offer, contact us here", is the ability to have an FTP site on my page. Granted I could use a third party FTP site but; to me, having FTP capabilities on ...

Tried Doris Metropolitan over the weekend. - Geaux-2-L-O-Miss
We had the sweetbreads which were tasty. Buddy had the Butcher's cut which looked good and he seemed to like it but was not too excited about mash/puree that came with it. I had the 21 day rib eye and was extremely underwhelmed. I can get a better cut of rib eye at the grocery store. A rib eye h...

Robin Hood are you all in? - Geaux-2-L-O-Miss
I don't post on this board much but there seems to be a big push for the Robinhood app. Does it not seem strange that some are on a waiting list of 400,000 + but you all of a sudden signed up and have three free invites to pass along. In one of the many threads, Broke summed it up about you putt...

Yet another tipping thread - Geaux-2-L-O-Miss
We just got back from dinner and the bill was $265 (5 of us) and I left a $50 tip. My wife then questioned me why I didn't leave 20% to which I said I did. $265 was total including tax which means it was $243 +/- pre tax (9%) so my tip was actually a hair over 20% pre tax. I'm sure others would a...

New Blood in office - Geaux-2-L-O-Miss
I see a majority of people saying we need new blood in office on both sides of the "isle". I agree with this but have yet to see the change. On the Rep. side you have the tea party which defeated Cantor and might unseat Thad next week. What is the party/faction on the Dem side? While most sa...

Are you a trained Chef? Do you own or work in a restaurant? I find your posts informative and the pictures make my mouth water. I especially liked that you showed your sauce in a separate thread and indicated that it takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours to make. I'm a crappy cook at best but compared to ...
