Sometimes they are left alone and are good discussion, but sometimes they are instantly deleted.
What are the rules regarding these?...

UPS-Basic service is when UPS delivers the item to your local post office, who then delivers it to your door as opposed to UPS-Ground where the brown truck actually drops it off at your door.
I don't think anything I've ordered that is shipped UPS-Basic has actually made it. I always have to file...
