Why is lager so popular throughout the world? It seems like in most countries I've been to, and apparently in plenty of others I haven't, the most widely consumed beer is always a lager.
I can think of a couple countries that probably consume more ale, e.g. Belgium and Ireland, but the overwhelm...

I picked up some 30-30 Reposado tonight and was impressed with the quality of this tequila for only 20 bucks. Actually enjoyed it more than Patron Reposado, which is more than twice the price.
Anyone have any good tequila suggestions?...
