So I am on a carnival cruise and we just departed new orleans. I have a few observations/ comments.
1. Way more bikinis on pretty girls than the OT had me thinking.
2. Way more bikinis on fat girls than the OT prepared me for.

If i understand correctly, all i need to do is sterilize a bottle, cut up peppers and boil them in vinegar, add salt and garlic to the boil, and then cork and rest for a few weeks.
Is this correct?

Tonight we had roast beef au jus and sauteed mushrooms! These are both rediculously simple recipes.
First, the Roast beef ingredients. A can of beef consomme, a can of french onion soup, a can of guiness, a dash of worchestire sauce, a tsp of garlic powder, a tsp of onion powder.

We went there for lunch and we were a little disappointed. The ettoufee was sub par and the fried fish was only one piece in the lunch. The highlight was the alligator sausage and the brouette (sp) appetizers. Those were both amazing.
