so quicken loans bought out my loan. they are trying to get me to refinance. current balance is like 100k.
right now I am 2 years into a 15 year mortgage with 4.25% rate. note is like $1050 including property tax/insurance.
They proposed a 30 year at 3.75% and I can just pay extra each month...

its been a long time ago but the plain fries were pretty good and the current fries are terrible at best. a couple of times on april fools day I ate at a popeyes and they had the old style fries and it reaffirmed my position that the old fries were good and the new fries are terrible....
