We just had a "successful" gun buy back in Trenton NJ. The local prosecutor's office and attorney general spent about $245K plus vouchers for more in buying 2600 guns in 2 days. Roughly 25% of the guns were considered "illegal" guns by the prosecutor, including "sawed-off shotguns".
