I pretty much only care about 3 lifts which are deads, squats, and bench. Can I change my workout to do these twice a week at heavy weight and see gains? 3 times a week has been hard on my body hence nagging injuries....

From my understanding, if you don't have felonies you could work offshore. Where could he look for entry level work? Distance is not a factor as he doesn't have kids....

Yesterday I felt a pop in my inner bicep right above my triceps while doing dips. I didn't have any weakness but it felt like something was biting me. Today I wake up and it is pretty sore when I put my arms above my head.
