In the last couple weeks I've seen 3 little leach looking things in my yard... and I haven't looked for hard.
They're about 1/8-1/4" long, very dark brown and look like a baby snail, or leach?
Any ideas what it is, and how to get rid of them?

Plan is to work out 3 times a week.
Worked out first time Monday, pretty much machines, upper and lower body.
On a 3x week plan, should I alternate lower/upper, or whole body?
