The Titans released Matt Hasselback today, making one one of the worst QB situations in the league even more depressing (he's the only guy who could actually move the offense)... all because they wanted to restructure his $5 million salary for next season.

Only one guy stands out in my mind that I've seen personally -- Tim Castille (Briarwood in Bham).... saw Castille dominate the 3A state championship game in the late 90s (vs. Randolph Co)...

Tommy Thigpen is moving to linebackers coach this spring. He had coached safeties his previous three years at Auburn. Thigpen coached LBs at Illinois and UNC... and played LB at North Carolina.
