Food and Drink Board	Went mushroom picking today - LSUintheNW on 10/28/12 at 10:21 pm I picked about 6 lbs of chanterelle mushrooms in the rain today. Between 4 of us we picked about 22 lbs. Outdoor Board	My climb up Mt. Washington (pics) - LSUintheNW on 10/1/12 at 4:46 pm Had an amazing time this past Saturday. One of the best climbs I've been on. The ridge was very crumbly with a lot of good exposure. Three pitches to climb, one was a good 20 feet with awesome exposure. The final one was a good 50 feet to the base of the summit. Outdoor Board	Some pics of my hike up Diamond Peak - LSUintheNW on 9/25/12 at 4:03 pm Hike was 10.2 miles round trip, 8 of it on the PCT, and 3200 feet of elevation gain. Had some clouds so it wasn't the perfect weather we had the day before climbing Thielsen. No rain though so it was all good. Diamond Peak and Crescent lake from our camp. Outdoor Board	My weekend backpacking/climbing trip (pics) - LSUintheNW on 9/4/12 at 3:50 pm Started at the Park Meadow trailhead and hiked in 7.1 miles to camp. .6 of those miles were off trail so we were away from anyone hiking in the area.
