I signed up for tickets to the CMT event for Saturday and got the tickets. I was planning to give it to my niece, but I'm seeing that the tickets are non-transferable and that they check ID. Does anyone know if this is really enforced.

It was my first one, and I was pretty underwhelmed.
It was on the top floor of the Exchange Place building, so that was cool. We got to go up to the roof and since it was a clear night, the view was amazing.

So I went to Maurepas Foods last night for the first tme.
I love the look and feel of the place. Great vibe. I'd highly recommend it for a first date (Neauxla take note), as it's gets loud and lively.

Sara's in the Riverbend is now on Restaurant.com. Buy a certificate for $50 for $20 and you're only required to spend $75 when you use it. Not a bad deal at all.

Dat Dog has just increased their hot dog prices by 25%! Are they nuts?
I don't care how good they are, I'm not paying $7.25 for a hotdog.
I can understand even a 50 cent increase...but $1.25?
Correction to this post. The prices went up 30% to $6.50 and $7.50.

I fear going and it being nothing but a bunch of waiting in line only to find that the best stuff runs out early, etc.
Some of these types of events are organized well and are a good time, others are just a complete fail logistically speaking.

You could buy brushes in common shapes like stars, circles, etc.

I think giving a place at least 7-10 chances is more than enough.
Although I really enjoy the food at Luke and I LOVE the happy hour oyster special, I can't ignore their horrible service any longer.
I have yet to have anything better than terrible service every single time I've been there.
