Polling indicates that 80% of the populus in Florida will vote for medical marijuana in November. Will this lead to another state having legal recreational marijuana? If the medical weed situation works well, I would give it about 5 years.

The Affordable Healthcare Act will be known as "HCA" in the year 2020 and beyond. It will be as much of an accepted entitlement program as Social Security. Sure it will be amended from time to time, but it will be an embedded part of the government.
