Looks like my 9 y.o. will need to get an evaluation from a psychologist for ADD soon. I know some pediatricians will just give you forms to fill out and give to teachers & then prescribe meds, but ours wants a diagnosis from a pyschologist first. I'm somewhat apprehensive about putting her on ADD ...

My husband usually makes a brown jambalaya (no tomato sauce) with sausage and either chicken or pork, but my mom used to put shrimp in hers sometimes and we though about experimenting some.
