Pure speculation but I believe Slives main goal in this whole thing is increasing the "footprint" (expanding into states where there are no SEC teams) of the Conference to bolster a potential SEC Network similar to the Big Ten network . For this reason I think you can rule out GT, FSU, and Clemson. ...

Interesting to hear peoples opinion on this. He gets alot of mention as potential replacement for Crowton. If I was an ad looking for a head coach he certainly would be on my list. HC experience, OC experience in a BCS conferenc, and now NFL experience. I would think he is just as qualified as a guy...

I know that everyone has their two cents so here's mine.
1) Is anyone really suprised about the officiating? For some reason I am not even upset. Its like I knew it was going to happen.
2) Crowton needs to get it together or leave. The constant stupid penalties and confusion are just killing...
