| O-T Lounge|| Crazy being judged as a professional. - Gaston on 8/26/14 at 2:24 pm|
In school you get a grade, so it's easy enough to judge your preparation. In the real world you give pitch or present the closing of the last job, only to be judged by procurement of more work. You could kill it and they just don't have the budget or are focusing a different direct and you fail on...
| O-T Lounge|| Business trip, fly vs drive cutoff for you? - Gaston on 8/22/14 at 9:45 pm|
I fly to Orlando on Monday (then drive to the coast for a meeting), fly back Tuesday...meeting in Birmingham Thursday, not sure of the time. Birmingham is less than 4.5 hours from my house. Thinking of just driving up Wednesday evening late, hitting the meeting, then either staying the night or dr...

| Outdoor Board|| How to source a trailer for a Campagna skiff - Gaston on 8/15/14 at 6:14 pm|
I have access to a Campagna skiff, and tiller motor, but it has no trailer. Could I just find any 16ft trailer and make it work? Know of any? Sources to look? Every time I search 16 ft boat trailer it comes up with the boat itself, telling me it comes with a trailer.
Boat is similar to this.

The wife loves to drop her phone, but I like taking them apart too much to let her put a case on it.
| Outdoor Board|| I have an ATV and a weedeater out for repair quotes, nerve racking. - Gaston on 8/5/14 at 12:28 pm|
I wanted to fix my ATV, but I don't have a shop I can leave it apart in. Complete bushing job. Kit for each back tire, bushings for the shocks, kit for the front and a steering column bushing that came in two pieces.
Tried to take apart my weedeater, nice Stihl, and realized that the fuel trans...

Found it last night when I got in from work. I just left it there when I left this morning. I contemplated bringing my tooth brush with me so she doesn't retaliate being tipless by using it to clean the toilet. I'll inspect it w...

Anniversary is Saturday and we have a room in the 1/4 towards Esplanade. Thinking of starting early and just hitting restaurant bars for nice drinks and apps...until we can't. I'd expect first come first serve at the bar, when you'd otherwise need a reservation, and that they'd serve us a couple o...

White paper and presentation due, 'on or before the 24th.' I'm not turning in the presentation since I've simply not done it, but I should have the white paper finished some time today. Is noon the deadline, or COB, or earlier? This is a job and not a class. It's actually the first assignment fo...
| O-T Lounge|| Big Freedia, why is everyone so gender confused with this dude? - Gaston on 7/21/14 at 11:14 am|
I watched a portion of his show and I swear they referred to this dude as she at least half of the time. Damn near everyone woman on the show used 'she' when talking about Big F. Do gay guys want to be referred to this way? At least one other dude on there seemed gender confused as well. Is that...

Dad gave me a atv from 2000, and every bushing is shot. I bought a steering column bushing, shock mount bushings and a every bushing with spacers for suspension all around.
My questions: how do I clean the control arms to press the new bushings in? Do I soak the bushings before installation? ...

| O-T Lounge|| Texans are the worst kind of rednecks. - Gaston on 5/21/14 at 11:21 am|
They have a special cheesiness to their character that no one can touch. The unapologetic over-the-top dumbassness that is Texas combined with the backwoods yee-haw mixes into perfect cocktail of disaster. I think it's contagious to the bigger city dwellers as well, but there it just comes across ...
| Outdoor Board|| Tire pressure and mpg for offroad tires. - Gaston on 5/21/14 at 9:54 am|
I got 14 mpg on my first tank with new tires, and that was at 30 psig. I raised it to 35 last night. I've read that you can run 50 psig in these E rated tires, but I'd probably have to duck tape my teeth in. Is there a point of no return on mileage with air pressure in offroad tires?
ETA: To b...
