Have any of you had shin splints before and if so, how did you get over them?
I'm about 99% sure I have posterior shin splints. Sharp pain about 60 seconds into a run on the insides of both calves. Almost feels like a bruised bone. The more I try to run the worse it gets.

Anyone watch this show? I just got caught up to the end of season 2. Overall, pretty good plot/storyline. Rarely do I end up watching 20 episodes of something and want to keep watching. :lol:
