Is it just me or the years we are on championship runs, the class seems filled with a lot less big name recruits, sans 1 5*. Is it just coincidence, are we stacked already, down year in the state?

I live in Greenwood, LA and work in Texas and it sucks paying Louisiana state income taxes (I know, someone has to).
What is the cheapest way I can claim residency in Texas?
Note: My wife works in Shreveport and we own a home in Greenwood so someone needs to claim the Homestead Exemption.
