Cooking a jambalaya for tomorrow night. Last time I cooked jambalya I followed poche's thread. The rice came out perfect, but it was way too salty. Could the chicken broth have had anything to do with it being too salty? Do you usually cook broth to rice 2:1 or do you part the broth with water.
