I got one of these bad boys today. Only thing is... I was taking a legal right turn at a red light.
I even drove by the spot today to make sure that I didn't miss a sign that says no right turn on red, or right turn on arrow only. No such signs.
Do I just ask for a hearing and tell them WTF?...

From 2005 - 2012, LSU is ranked 3rd in winning percentage among all Division 1-A schools. 1st is Boise St, 2nd is TCU. Ohio St and Oregon fill out the top 5. That is out of 120 teams.
