Tiger Rant	Per Fox 8 Rickey Jefferson got popped for resisting arrest on Feb. 2nd - saintsfan22 on 3/12/13 at 9:16 pm In their account of the incident they say he and another guy punched a cop when they were trying to arrest someone else.
