I'm flying down to Houston next week for work and have come up with a plan that I am wondering if it'll work?

Momma's cajun cafe on barker cypress off of 290 has real deal seasoned boiled crawfish. They actually season the water and they don't try to season the shell once they are done. I went last night and had 10 pounds. They were pricey at $5.25/lb but worth it...

Finally made it to Mark's on Westheimer tonight and I proclaim it to be the truth. The place is great! The food was outstanding, the place is beautiful, the wine list pretty good and reasonably priced.
