At a recent trade expo for the general public and struck up a conversation with an exhibitor who was selling an upscale consumer/in-home product. It was a visually beautiful/appealing product and, yes, everybody needs it in their day to day lives. Impeccable Rolex/Mercedes/Louis Vuitton type quality...

Just in case you young Grasshoppers haven't seen these, it's worth a look. These are the expectations that were raised back then. I hope this helps to put into perspective how "old farts" view the current state of affairs. Have a nice day.

Back in the day, just the thought of including a photograph was a no-no when submitting a resume to a prospective employer. My Zagg Keyboard craps out with great regularity. The only fix is to power off my iPad Air iOS v 7.1.2 and run through the connection/pairing process from scratch. For the longest time now, I've wanted to setup a 10 item website (K.I.S.S.) with price points from $100-$300 - with at least 50% margins (net). However, when I go to select the items for the site, seems like I get "buyers lock" and my creative juices fizzle. I need to browse/feel/touch the items. I'...

I'm in need of a quick font download (Century Gothic Bold) but can't find a "Free Fonts" website that doesn't require the use of a .exe download manager or a Zip folder. I'm leery of these executables and zips - for obvious reasons. Hoping someone could share a good "clean" source for these. TIA.

Back in the the 70's - when I was in college - it was the 747 and everything else. Every time I saw one, I just gawked in amazement. Still do actually. I remember so clearly how fortunate and honored I was to fly on two in one summer on a college trip to Europe. What a great aviation icon.
