I work in electrical supplies, and most generators will need a 30 amp, 4 wire twist lock plug to hook up an air conditioner to it.
I have gotten at least 100 calls today looking for that part, which of course I sold out of at 7:30. why even buy a generator ahead of time if you aren't going to buy...
