And hes trying to use history in his defense, when he doesn't even understand it. His basis was Hamiltons defense of the Constitution in the Federalist papers.
1) Remember Hamilton was a shite stirrer. In fact NY selected 2 delegates to override his vote as a NY delegate to the Constitution. His behavior got himself killed in a duel. He also advocated the Prez and Senate serve for life

3) The claim of AH giving 'moral' cover for the EC to vote against Trump is laughable. Since AH is the first US politician to be caught up in an adultery scandal. And was blackmailed by the couple that set him up
Summation: This clown is using a politician who was ruined by, and later killed because of his underhanded meddling in the EC system of his day. And this guy says with a straight face its his 'moral duty' to act as deviously as Hamilton did
