It is past time that white people demand the same treatment that other races get. I don't blame minorities for getting offended at obvious slurs, but that does not give them open season on Whitey.

I DID read the article, as well as her Yelp comments. How you could find them NOT insulting is beyond me.

I don't personally find them insulting, because I'm not a thin-skinned puss.
However, by all current standards, she should be fired. If you change her comments to any other race, it would be national news.

I'm pretty sure that the words she wrote on Yelp reveal the intentions of her heart more than the latter apology after being outed.
