It wasn't all bad, folks. As least our protesters, apparently numbering around 60,000, showed respect to the officers assigned to the event.

I heard that Atlanta had to staff 4x the number of police that weekend because the women kept getting lost and asking directions

My cousin was there. Petite blond who went to Emory and works for the CDC. I'm not gonna post her picture though.

Still had no clear cut point to protest.

So women think they have less rights since Trump just got elected because they sure didn't protest shite the last 8 years.

Laughable!

Hopefully most of their husbands got an afternoon of peace from it.

Hell, if that worked out there will be dudes all over encouraging more protesting.

"Honey, are you suuuuuuuuure you don't have something to protest about?"

They're protesting because they think that certain rights will be threatened under Trump. Abortion being one of them. He took a step toward that today. Obama was always pro-choice, which is why I laugh when people call him a Muslim. I don't know a single Muslim who is pro-choice.

You don't know enough Muslims. Abortion for the purpose of sex selection is not at all uncommon in some Muslim countries like Pakistan.

I know American Muslims. Lived down the street from a Mosque for years. More conservative than Baptists.

That's funny because there were women who protested that believe in Sharia Law. See how smart they are?

The biggest complaint was that nobody knew what the real message was. Especially when "certain" women's groups were excluded..... You know those crazy pro life women - Oh the humanity!

Are you seriously trying to compare American Muslim women to Muslim women who live in the ME?

Brah, seriously?

Most American Muslims were born here, not in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Huge difference.

Pakistan is very progressive. Certain parts. The punjab area. This is coming from Indian. Best country for a muslim to live is India. You get all the freedom and surrounded by muslims
