Why is there a narrative that HRC wanted war with Russia?

Serious question. What has Clinton done or said to make people think she wanted this?
I'm not a supporter of hers by any means, nor do I follow politics that closely, but I'm curious as to why people think this. Why would anyone want war with Russia?

She's a massive warmonger for one. She also wanted to set up a no-fly zone in Syria that would have been completely useless and unenforceable without starting a war with Russia.

I'm not sure that a hot war was ever on the table, but the Russian government is one of the few on the planet that isn't under Western influence or ideas. Considering its immense strategic and cultural value, and the hegemonic drive of global neoliberalism, the subversion of Russian Sobornost and ideas was going to be kicked into high-gear under Hillary.

The war with Russia was going to be payback for them exposing the shenanigans and shady dealings with Syria, Iran, and Benghazi, AND/OR to cover up those shenanigans.

Its not a narrative. The Arabs paid her tens of millions is dollars for a pipeline to sell oil and gas to the EU. Assaad and therefore Putin is the way of that pipeline.

What do you want from me? Obviously I'm not talking about all out war, but I would think having good relations with Russia would be a good thing
