Because the level of aggression is beyond his means.
He is a dude, running a country.
Literally.
The past administrations have been able to keep them away from things as much as they can, the threat from NK has always been and always be money.
They can pay the right folks from Russia and learn.
We've known all his contacts and kept him calm on the world stage.
We've hired a president that refuses to play along, and the fact that all of this is happening so quickly should tell you, he's not playing along.
He is a dude, running a country.

Disgraced former president obama let fat helmet head continue to develop nuclear capabilities for 8 years. He's emboldened because he has more capabilities , those enhanced capabilities necessitate more direct action, which further pisses off fat helmet head.

As much as I would like to put all of this on Obama Hussein I can't. He along with the past administrations are responsible for this. The danger wasn't immediate so they never would deal with it directly. Now we have a gun pointed at our heads and have no choice but to act. I just hope it doesn't spiral out of control.
