Part of the blame has to be laid at people's feet. I'm sure a great many of you claiming "Something has to be done!" would fall all over a lawyer who told you that he could make you a few 100,000$ due to supposed mistreatments.
I mean, doesn't everyone like to "stick it to the man"?

Because the tort lawyers give MASSIVE amounts of money to Odumbf*ck and the Democraps to make sure that they'll keep their filthy and morally bankrupt corrupt enterprise going -- sort of like the unions.

Believe it or not, republicans have already convinced you to vote enough of your rights away.
Enter the uninformed, life-long GOP voter who has been negligently injured, only to find his support of tort reform has crippled him even more. Now, although his livelihood is gone, his damages are capped and the republican judge will side with the company he works for as he reduces any verdict a jury of your peers returns.
It's like 10,000 spoons, when all you need is a knife.
