Why has the Dow Jones done so well under the two recent Democratic presidents?

But not to an equal or better amount under the most recent republicans?

What are the dems doing that has caused these massive gains over the last 21 years? Note that one stopped an economic meltdown.

Is there anything that the next republican pres can learn from the experience of these two dems to keep this trend going?

low interest rates and QE. The stock market was very healthy for most of W's presidency, though.

Gov't policies create an environment for economic growth

Monetary policies create stock market growth

Further proof that the Republicans failed policy under their God, Ronald Reagan, are inferior to President Obama's economic policies. The rich don't do shite for this country.

And who was it that pushed for gov. pressure and policies to allow every dumb fck in this country to be able to buy a house without even so much as a down payment?
Lots of idiots being able to borrow money for the house and/or take out 2nd mortgages who had no clue how to manage money and their credit record probably showed this.
This wasn't Bush's fault.

The Fed ended additional asset purchases already, the last operation was on October 27th.

And who allowed the banks to make all the predatory loans that they knew they shouldnt have been making? Who allows all the banks to be dumb fricks and count the interest owed as money and continue to make more predatory loans over and over until people defaulted and couldn't pay it back?

Simple answer: President Bush

cheap money, cheap oil, and pretty much every other major economy being in the toilet has been a recipe for success.

Tennessee relies heavily on sales tax with no state income tax, and it has been huge boom for us

Simple answers usually come without much thought. The problem was years in the making under Republican and Democrat presidents and congress.

Incorrect, everyone was in on the game on both sides.
