Why don't liberals ever threaten to move to Mexico?

Northern mexico and some of the cities in the south are horrendous, but there are parts of coastal mexico that are nice and rich, even by American standards.

Have you been to Mexico? It's a shithole. I was mugged by damned uninformed police in Nogales. And that was the second time I was robbed that day. I also got rolled by some bouncers in a club bathroom. frick that place.
