Why can't Trump stop tweeting lies?

I don't get it.
All he had to say was the first part. But he has to continue with the easily winning and asserting falsely that the Dems spent heavily. Why? When its easily verifiably false? He just can't help himself. People will not and do not trust him on his bold proclamations when he constantly lies about shite that doesn't matter.

Great win in Kansas last night for Ron Estes, easily winning the Congressional race against the Dems, who spent heavily & predicted victory!

Here's an explanation:
"Easily" isn't quite right here for the House race. Ron Estes, the Kansas state treasurer, won the special election on Tuesday night by less than 7 points. That might be considered a comfortable victory under other circumstances, but Trump had won this district by 27 points in November, and Mike Pompeo (now the CIA director) had won it by more than 30. The fact that this GOP win was so much smaller than the party's wins in November likely worries some Republicans — before the election, FiveThirtyEight's Harry Enten had said that "a Thompson loss of 20 percentage points or less would probably be a good sign for Democrats."
Both Trump (with a national approval rating of around 42 percent) and Kansas Republican Gov. Sam Brownback (26 percent approval rating in Kansas) are unpopular enough that they likely dragged on Estes' performance, as NPR reported Tuesday night.
However, Trump did lend his assistance to Estes, recording phone calls to promote him as the vote approached.
As far as Trump's contention that Democrats "spent heavily" to boost Thompson, that isn't true, as the Kansas City Star reported on Wednesday. The paper's Bryan Lowry wrote:
"Contrary to Trump’s tweet, Democrats did not spend heavily on the race. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee provided phone banking in the campaign’s final 24 hours, but otherwise stayed out of the race in a district that was perceived as a safe seat for Republicans.
"The Thompson campaign also had a public disagreement in March with the Kansas Democratic Party after the state party’s executive committee opted against spending a proposed $20,000 on campaign mailers.
"The lack of spending by Democrats in the race has been a common complaint from progressives on social media for several weeks.
The National Republican Congressional Committee, on the other hand, spent nearly $100,000 in the campaign’s final days on online and television ads to support Estes and attack Thompson."

They're only 'lies' to those who don't know the truth.
Haven't you learned that his 'lies' always eventually come true?
Dude is a time traveler.

um, you realize subjective words can't be lies right? They are subjective. Do you work for snopes?

He won by 7. Your argument is he could have won by even more; therefore, it wasn't a comfortable win. That is stupid.

What you see as lies is a politician's advertising.
It's up to his opponents and you to attack that advertising and render it ineffective or at least advertise better than him.

Because they are mentally ill.

Why do people who are too ignorant to form an actual argument respond with the word melt?

I support Trump, but he needs to stop tweeting altogether. He tweets are obnoxious and just gives his opponents and critics more ammo to use against him.

If he stopped there your bloomers wouldn't be all ruffled. It is worth the extra words just to see you melt down.

Are you really shitting your pants over a President over accentuating a victory again?
I wonder if you have even a single post on here ever bemoaning the dishonesty of Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, Barrack Huessein, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, or any other Democrat.
No, I'm just kidding, I don't wonder, I am quite confident that you have never made such a post.
But "OMG Trump just called a fair sized win a great win, he's a liar folks, we're all doomed" amirite?

He knows his hard core supporters won't fact check him and also he's made a career on exaggeration and hyperbole. He would probably still claim that the Trump Taj Mahal is the nicest casino in the country even though it's a dump.
