Panama. Carter gave them the canal. Trump will take it back or charge them rent. Panama's President will threaten to invade with the Panamanian Navy. You guys in New Iberia better look out because the most undefended beach head would be Avery Island where the Tabasco plant is located.

I definitely think russian expansionism is on the list. Eastonia is in nato, so probably would try someting a little softer first to see what happens.
Belarus or azerbajan would seem like the natural choices IMHO. Both are smaller and not particularly strategic.

I bet no one. I think they think he's nuts and will be less inclined to be provocative toward us. As a result, I bet less Americans die under Trump than under Nobel Prize Winner.
ETA: *No one in terms of sovereign state actors. But I also think sovereign states are less likely to actively support non-state proxies.
