Who Is Silently Freaking Out? Texas Gov. Abbott

Many of you here aren't Texans, naturally. You don't see what Mexican Labor and the infusion they bring to this economy. It's only publicized when politically favorable but the fact is Texas is locked in. That's it and that's that.
For decades, immigration has been an election year bullet point loaded with blanks. On any given day, illegal and legal labor literally builds streets around the Capitol. Throw a rock at new construction, you'll hit a microwave on the sidewalk. Any other business segment? Hit microwave.
I'm going to a meeting with naturalized citizens in a minute but someone needs to teach some on you how this fricking country works while I'm away. This battle with Mexico is a disaster. Yuuge disaster.

Do you like Abbott? I've thought him kind of a pandering douche ever since the Jade Helm stuff.

If all the Mexicans left you overnight, I may be concerned.

Maybe Texas could just stop hiring people who aren't legally authorized to work in this country. Novel concept eh?

I have to admit, I'm out of the loop on this euphemism.

Is he going to take a stand on this issue?

If we realy wanted to keep Mexicans out, we would build the wall about 50 miles north of Huston.

I've lived in Houston for over 15 years now. I voted for Abbott. If you think he's "silently freaking out" you don't know shite from shinola.
The sky ain't falling Chicken Little. It hasn't yet, and it won't now.

Abbott is a shill like the rest of them, R or D.
Abbott could wheel his arse out of his paid for house and point to a guy to deport. Nary a report on that happening.

Isn't he trying to shut down sanctuary cities in the state?

You tell our little buddies from South of the Border that they better tread carefully, thoughtfully and respectfully, or else.

I wish for a vibrant immigration policy.
I wish for a robust guest worker program.
I hope for a long pathway to citizenship for some illegals here for years.
But I wish for none of this till the open border is closed.

Exhibit A on how far we have fallen as a country.
Seventy years ago we beat the shite out of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan and now our American pussies are scared of being mean to Mexico.
