I mean, its obvious the people being paid to travel around the country and act like they are pissed at everything trump does or that isnt politically correct have more money. But i would actually consider them far more destructive.

They are selling their democratic right to protest to people like george soros that have made enough money (yet will still make sure they dont pay an extra cent in taxes) to pay hundreds millions of dollars a year to use them as chess pieces.

End morning rant. Where's my coffee

Considering they are paid protestors then somebody has determined that they have value.

do you really feel like people who accept any welfare are 'worthless'?

Their value is that their freedom/votes/pride is cheaper than everyone else's in America. I guess that makes them valuable

People paid to protest are receiving money for a service. As detestable as it can be, at least they see their worth for s specific job. Plus, it's a private party's money.

People on welfare who are capable of working are worse, and they are abusing tax payer dollars.

Bro this aint even close. Welfare by a far margin. How many of these leaches are on my paycheck year in and year out compared to the several thousand here and there for a protest?

OP should probably ETA lifetime welfare recipients who remain unemployed and show no effort to better themselves.

There is nothing wrong with falling on hard times and needing a little financial assistance until you can bounce back.

I believe hard cash its higher than most would believe. If you count targeted facebook advertising and things like that to determine a real dollar amount it would be astronomical to everyone who actually works.

Ok well if your local women's shelter gets a 20,000 check and turns out 100 protestors to a trump rally are you counting that as a 1% of protestors being paid or the 80% showing up because they got paid? Obviously any figure either of us could find would be skewed towards author bias. I would estimate 20-60% either directly or indirectly receive compensation for attending the 20,000 to 500,000 protester marches we see on tv

The vast majority of people are not getting paid.

They may get free food and free transportation, but I don't consider that "getting paid".

The organizers and the little local group leaders? Yeah, I'm sure those people are getting paid. But the average protester? Nah.

This whole "paid protester" thing is so over exaggerated. Y'all greatly underestimate how easy it is to appeal to the emotions of people.

I figured most of the paid protesters were on welfare.

Is there any evidence of widespread paid protesting? Or is this just one of those things we're supposed believe without evidence like widespread voter fraud?
